Abstract: Despite promotion by many stakeholders to enhance maternal health consequence in many creating nations together with Malawi, many analysts agree that the utmost success in maternal health will come up if maternal health care services are an unparallel led supply for women’s health care options for any drawback associated to childbirth. Health advocates worldwide declare that although maternal services are offered, women’s utilization of such services has not been ascertained. The goal of this research was to discover women’s perspectives on the quality of health care service supply in Malawi. This article subsequently investigates women’s perspectives on the quality of maternal health care services in Malawi. We used six focus group discussions in six health amenities that have been chosen throughout Malawi. We discovered that erratic availability of medical assets and unethical practices amongst health staff adversely affected quality of maternal health care service supply. We concluded that the costly routine operational audits of medical assets and repair supply throughout health amenities are crucial if women’s health outcomes are to be enhanced in Malawi.
