Local fitness center becoming a member of national marketing campaign to encourage women to be extra bodily lively
Muscles in Motion invitations all women to rejoice National Women’s Health and Fitness Day Sept. 27 by attending the open home event deliberate on the studio, situated at 17437 Boones Ferry Road, Suite 300 in Lake Oswego. As an official host website for the second yr in a row, Muscles in Motion will deliver native health professionals, women’s product distributors and fitness specialists collectively to supply assessments, actions, samples and demonstrations to encourage women of all ages to improve the standard of their lives via common bodily exercise.

The aim of the event is to encourage women to take management of their health, study the information they want to make sensible health decisions and find time for common bodily exercise. The event can be held from 6-eight p.m. Sept. 27 and will embrace complimentary private coaching demonstrations, chair massages, meals and wine, health assessments, raffle prizes and extra.
Muscles in Motion builds customized fitness exercises for its members, each males and women, which could be accomplished in 30 minutes. Clients schedule their exercise with a coach who helps them “power through and get on” with their day, in accordance to Client Services Representative Jess Martin. “At the end of their session the trainers take clients through an effective cool down stretch, which is probably something you’d leave out if left on your own.”
