Jazzercise classes promote women’s heart health for February

PASADENA, Md. – The Pasadena Jazzercise Fitness Center has designed a, ‘Dance Your Heart Out’ problem for the month of February for clients. On Sunday the Pasadena location held a fundraiser for the American Heart Association.  

All this month clients are inspired to problem themselves to work out 22 of these 28 days. A behavior is shaped after 21 days, so clients are inspired to proceed with this heart-healthy way of life past the problem month.
