Centenarians Society Long Island members share tips for long life

Helen Smith, 101, has a easy tip for longevity: “Keep yourself busy and be in love. That’s important.”

Smith is certainly one of 11 women at a Commack assisted dwelling house who vary in age from 106 to only a couple months shy of 100 years previous, in accordance with Michael Letter, an administrator at Gurwin Jewish-Fay J.
