Carrie Underwood and her husband Mike Fisher are the perfect power couple: She’s a well-known nation singer, he is knowledgeable athlete (and captain for the NHL’s Nashville Predators), they’re each completely lovely, they usually have an lovable child to match. Their relationship received even higher, although, when Carrie posted this candy message to her husband for his birthday. It even has a corny joke!
“Happy birthday to this handsome hunk!” Carrie wrote. “I am going to always remember the day he advised me he was requested to put on the ‘C.’ [Ed. word: That’s for Captain, not Carrie.] I used to be so proud on that day and I am much more proud now to see him play in the#StanleyCupFinals He’s undoubtedly the solely FISH in the ‘C’ for me! ????????”
Who knew Carrie had such nice dad jokes up her sleeve? Despite the cute Insta, C stated that she hopes she and Mike can rejoice his birthday on a unique day, since he is at present enjoying in the Stanley Cup finals.
As for an elaborate birthday present? Carrie stated she hasn’t gotten that far but. In an interview throughout intermission of final night time’s recreation between the Predators and the Pittsburgh Penguins, Carrie stated to reporters, “I didn’t get him anything, I’m terrible.”
That’s OK, Carrie. I am positive a Stanley Cup would make a great gift.
The couple has been married since 2010, and this is not the first time they’ve gotten sentimental about each other on social media. Carrie shared this image on Instagram earlier in the NHL season of Mike and their son, Isaiah.
Mike reciprocated on Mother’s Day with a publish for Carrie.
“Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful wife and my mom!” he wrote. “Isaiah and I are very lucky to have superb mothers that love us and pray for us on a regular basis!#happymothersday“
Alright, I am formally jealous.
